Amenties and Things to Do

St. Peter is home to some of the most magnificent beaches on the island and sun lovers will not be disappointed. Only a few minutes away from the apartment is HEYWOODS BEACH, which is considered to be one of the best on the West Coast.

 

Within the Parish of St Peter there are lots of good restaurants, bars and beach activities available, including snorkeling and diving. If you want more than total relaxation there are lots of activities to keep you busy!  

 

Nearby SPEIGHTSTOWN remains an authentically Bajan, charming BEACH-SIDE TOWN with banking, a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, deli, fresh fish market, bakery, art galleries and a museum.

 

Great Places to eat include Orange Street Grocer deli/restaurant/cafe, Juma's Restaurant, Fisherman's Pub, Island Plates, Hugos and the Fish Pot restaurant are all directly on the beach and only a short drive away from the apartment. A well stocked supermarket is also only two minutes away. A little further along the West Coast road is Mullins Beach and Holetown.

 

Local places of interest include Barbados Wildlife Reserve, scenic Cherry Tree Hill, St. Nicholas Abbey with working rum distillery, Farley Hill National Park, Harrison's Cave and Bathsheba. There are three excellent GOLF course within 15 mins drive.
